Half-Night (4 Hour) Paranormal Investigations / Ghost Hunts Friday Nights from Midnight to 4:00 am March - August $50.00 per person You MUST be 18 - We check ID Two weeks notice is required for rescheduling. We can not guarantee an alternate appointment will be available. We book approximately 50 people per night for our Half-Night tours. You will be divided into groups of approximately 10 people. Each group alternates floors until everyone has been able to investigate each floor. Full-Night (8 Hour) Paranormal Investigations / Ghost Hunts Saturday Nights from Midnight to 8:00 am March - August $100.00 per person You MUST be 18 - We check ID Two weeks notice is required for rescheduling. Two- Hour PRIVATE Paranormal / Historical GUIDED Tours Friday and Saturday Nights March - August $22.00 per person (Minimum of 25 people) One week notice required for rescheduling. Daytime Historical GUIDED Tours One Sunday Each Month March - August Begins at 2:30 pm $22.00 per person Not recommended for anyone under age 6 One week notice required for rescheduling. We can not guaranteed an alternate appointment will be available. PRIVATE Paranormal Investigations / Ghost Hunts and Historical Tours Available Sunday - Thursday March - August Full-Night from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am $100.00 per person (Minimum of 10 people or pay equivalent fee) Half-Night from Midnight to 4:00 am $50.00 per person (Minimum of 20 people or pay equivalent fee) No Age Restrictions Two weeks notice is required for rescheduling.
