| Tours at Waverly Hills Sanitorium can be very strenuous for those who find it difficult to climb stairs, suffer from breathing issues and/or enduring harsh weather conditions. While in the building, there are no conveniences (heat, air-conditioning, elevators, working lights, etc.). Because of the conditions inside of the building, access is limited for those who have certain special needs. |

| There are inside of the building. Everyone will be given the opportunity to use the restroom facilities located within the "laundry-room," which is the current location of our office and gift shop. |

| Waverly Hills Sanitorium is property and we reserve the right to end your tour and have anyone leave the property at any time, for any reason - WITHOUT REFUND. This applies for any reason determined by our staff, if your presence creates a disruptive, hostile or unsafe environment for others. |

| Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. |

| Everyone at Waverly Hills their time in order to be sure you enjoy yours while you're visiting. Please be respectful. Do leave trash or other messes, assuming that someone will just clean it up. Throw your trash away in the proper receptacles and clean up after yourself. |

| Absolutely , and/or of any kind are allowed on the property at any time. |

| Age restrictions may apply for certain tours / investigations and should be discussed when booking your reservation.. |

| Video recording of any kind using any method (including cell phones), is prohibited for safety reasons. |

| Flash photography is strictly prohibited on the outside of the building during tours after dark. This is to avoid disruption of other tours being conducted. |

| Flashlight and camera use is limited while in the building and on the property. |
|
| No high-powered flashlights or head-lamps are allowed during the tours. |

| There is no food allowed inside the building. Only bottled drinks with closeable lids are allowed inside the building. |

| ALL guests at Waverly Hills adhere to all of the rules and regulations while on the property and all requests and instructions given by the tour guide. |

| Half-Night and Full-Night Tour / Investigation Information, Restrictions and DON'Ts... |

| These are not guided tours and guests are free to walk about / investigate the building within the time allotted. However, staff members will be available on site to answer questions and address any issues. |

| If you plan to set-up and use any cameras or other paranormal detection equipment, set-up and wrap-up time must be factored into the scheduled time allotted for your reservation. You exit the building and leave Waverly Hills on time, at the end of your session. . |

| Additional fees of $120 per hour ($20 per 10 minute increment), will be charged to guests that do not leave at the scheduled end of their tour / investigation. |
