Ghost Hunting Tours:

Being that Waverly Hills is one of the most haunted places in the world, many people from all over the country want to come and see for themselves if there are ghosts at Waverly. What better way to search for paranormal activity than to stay overnight. Waverly offers a half night (4 hour) tour as well as a full overnight (8 hour) tour.

1/2 night stays(4 hours) are $50.00 per person, and full overnight stays(8hours) are $100.00 per person.

There are shorter 2 hour guided tours held every Friday and Saturday before each ghost hunt. These are a cheaper alternative and great for those not brave enough for the overnight ghost hunts. You must still call to book a reservation for these tours as well.

The 2 hour tours start at 8, 9 and 10pm.

Click on our "available tour dates" page to see what days are available.

Historical Guided Tours:

If the paranormal doesn't interest you, maybe a historical tour will. These are 2 hour guided tours through the building held one Sunday of every month at 2:30pm. You must call the office to schedule these tours as well.

The cost is $20.00 per person, which may be paid in cash, or by credit cards.

Important Info for the Guided Tours
When you arrive and get parked, you must stay at your vehicle until a tour coordinator comes to get the group and takes you to the tour center.

Camcorders are not permitted on regular (two hour guided) tours. They are permitted on half night and overnight stays.

"Walk Downs" in the body chute will no longer be done on the regular two hour guided tours. They will only be done on the half night or overnight stays.

No large spotlights, large powerful flashlights or head lamps will be permitted on the regular two hour guided tours. You may only use small pen lights or basic two cell flash lights.
