Important Message - Corona-Virus

It is with heavy heart that we write that we have made the decision that we will be cancelling public tours and investigations from Friday March 13th through Sunday April 5th due to recent corona-virus guidance from leadership in the Louisville metro government and the state of Kentucky. Those scheduled will be receiving refunds for their tours booked on the payment method they used to schedule. This does not effect our already scheduled Private Investigations.

Waverly Hills Sanatorium is a beautiful example of early 20th century early Tudor Gothic Revival style architecture and a significant contributor to the Louisville, Ky community. It is listed on the National Historic Register and faced the threat of being torn down. During the building's existence, it became known as one of the "most haunted places on earth." The Waverly Hills Historical Society, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization, was formed to save the building and promote the education of its history, architectural significance, and impact on the local community. The WHHS now runs tours, organizes a Haunted House and a Christmas Laser Light show to raise funds to accomplish their goal.
