Waverly Hills Sanatorium Pump House Stays

Attention: The Pump House is available for Private Investigations for the 2024 season. Please see the following information about booking.

  • The Pump House is ONLY available for Private Investigations.
  • The Pump House provides bunk beds for up to 16 people, clean restrooms with showers, microwave, coffee pot, local tv, and more! You can even investigate the Pump House which we highly recommend!
  • Your stay will be from the time you finish your investigation in the main building until noon.
  • Be sure to bring your own bed linens, towels, and toiletries as we do not provide those.

  • Pump House Stay Price: $500 per 10 people, $50 for each additional person.
