This is a guided tour of the building in the dark or near dark depending on the time of the year.
1) You must stay together, not wander off, not duck into any rooms.
2) You may not scare each other on this tour.
3) You may not record this tour either by video or audio.
4) Pictures are allowed, but flash must remain off, screens must be set to the lowest brightness setting, and pictures cannot slow the tour down.
5) Flashlights are only allowed in the stairwells.
6) Ghost hunting equipment will not be used.
7) Live streaming is not allowed.
8) This tour is for ages 10 and up. Children must be well behaved.  All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9) Drugs and alcohol are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone that appears to be impaired by either or both.
10) There is no eating, smoking, tobacco use, electronic cigarettes, vaping or spitting anywhere in the building, even on the roof. Non-alcoholic drinks with a screw cap are permitted.

11) Restrooms are limited to one section of the building. Heating and air conditioning are limited to the same section.

12) The grounds are not part of this experience.

13) Please arrive at the gate 30 minutes before your tour time.

14) No weapons are permitted on the property.

This is a semi-guided event. This an event geared towards the novice or “newbie” investigator. You will have access to any room that is not locked or sealed.
1) Forcing or breaking any door or door seal is not allowed.
2) The surrounding grounds are not part of this experience.
3) Ghost hunting equipment is allowed and encouraged.
4) Live Streaming is not allowed.
5) Seances, ouija boards, rituals, and open flames are strictly prohibited.
6) Negative taunting is strongly discouraged.
7) This investigation is for ages 10 and up, unless otherwise noted as a “junior” investigation, then 10 years and up. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. THE 3RD SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH WILL BE A JUNIOR INVESTIGATION NIGHT.
